With the introduction of our new website, HIPS Midlands continues it’s preparation for the 1st June go live date. Works continue to ensure that HIPs Midlands takes off as smoothly as possible. We are looking to supply a range of Home Information Pack services to the West Midlands, specifically Lichfield and surrounding areas.

We see our key differentiator as being that we live in the area we are looking to service, building strong inter-dependant relationships with local Estate Agents, Solicitors and private clients.

Even at this late stage there remain a lot of unknowns, setting up a business in an un-established industry will require flexibility, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial approach to business, here at HIPS Midlands we strongly believe that we have these qualities in abundance.
